Implants - for natural tooth replacement
Dental implants do have a number of cosmetic benefits that often makes them a better choice for a more attractive smile – compared to dental bridges or dentures.
Dental implants look very natural. They contain porcelain, which allows them to mimic the shape, size, and color of a natural tooth. This porcelain is very durable and long-lasting, and is stain-resistant.
In addition, dental implants feel more natural in the mouth, compared to alternative methods of restoring missing teeth, like dentures
Dental implants also encourage the health of jaw structure, which can prevent bone loss. Bone loss can cause a change in the bite, or in how the teeth fit together.

Botox /Stem Cell rejuvenation with (PRP)
Stem Cell Rejuvenation with PRP ( protein rich plasma that is loaded with stem cells) is done by the use of micro needles that produce small wounds to remove the skin’s defense mechanisms. Then the protein rich plasma is applied to penetrate the lower layers of the epidermis. This allows better collagen reproduction with little to no down time from this painless procedure.
A method of lightly wounding the underlying surface with micro needles so that the skin’s defenses can be interrupted. This allows for the application of your own stem cells which will In turn be able to penetrate to these lower epidermal areas. The cells can then promote stronger collagen production resulting in a more youthful appearance. This is a painless procedure with little to no down time. Immediately afterward your skin will look slightly pink as with a mild sunburn.
Fillers
Today, several dental filling materials are available. Teeth can be filled with gold; porcelain; silver amalgam (which consists of mercury mixed with silver, tin, zinc, and copper); or tooth-colored, plastic and glass materials called composite resin fillings. The location and extent of the decay and the dentist’s recommendation will assist in determining the type of filling that will best address your needs.

Surgical Dentistry
Extractions
Dental veneers are a possible solution to help you achieve the look you desire. They are a popular choice for those with chipped teeth, a gap between teeth, or misshaped teeth. Dental veneers are thin covers that adhere to teeth to give teeth a more classically shaped look.
Implant Placement
Think of dental implants as artificial tooth roots, similar in shape to screws. When dental implants are placed in your jawbone, they bond with your natural bone. They become a sturdy base for supporting one or more artificial teeth, called crowns.
A connector – known as an abutment – is placed on top of the dental implant to hold and support your crowns. The crowns are custom-made to match your natural teeth and fit your mouth.
Modern dental implants have been used successfully for over 30 years. They are the strongest devices available to support replacement teeth – and even better, they allow these new teeth to feel, look and function naturally.
Crown Lengthening
Crown lengthening may be necessary if there isn’t enough of the tooth in place to hold a dental crown on its own. Teeth that are broken or affected by tooth decay may prohibit a crown from firmly attaching. Crown lengthening reduces gum tissue and shaves down bone when necessary so more of the tooth is above the gum’s surface. A properly fitted crown allows for better oral hygiene and comfort.
Some people seek crown lengthening to alter a “gummy smile,” in which the gums are visible above the teeth when smiling.
Gingivectomies
A gingivectomy, commonly known as gum contouring, gingival sculpting, or gum reshaping, is a cosmetic dental procedure that reshapes the gumline. The treatment improves your smile by changing the look and shape of your gums and teeth.
Biopsies
A biopsy is a medical procedure in which we removes a sample of tissue from your gums. The sample is then sent to a laboratory for testing. Gingiva is another word for gums, so a gum biopsy is also called a gingival biopsy. The gingival tissue is the tissue that immediately surrounds and supports your teeth.
We use a gum biopsy to diagnose causes of abnormal gum tissue. These causes can include oral cancer and noncancerous growths or lesions.
Gum & Bone Grafting
If you’ve lost an adult tooth, or had gum disease, there’s a chance you’ll need a dental bone graft.
When you don’t have one of your adult teeth anymore, the bone around your teeth starts to disappear. Gum disease can also cause the jaw bone to recede.
The bone loss from just one tooth might not be noticeable. But if you lose multiple teeth, or have advanced gum disease, your bone loss can actually affect the way your face looks. You may start to have sagging facial features because there’s not enough bone left to support them.
Bone grafting helps restore your appearance. It also ensures that any tooth replacements you get will stay in place.
PRF (protein rich fibrin) – biomedicine for better outcomes and fast pain reduced healing
PRF naturally improves bone healing with dental implant surgery, wisdom teeth removal and bone grafting procedures. PRF is made by drawing a small amount of patient blood and spinning it in a centrifuge. There are no blood additives or chemicals, only extracts from the patients blood drawn just before the procedure. L-PRF is a yellow jello-like mixture of white blood cells, fibrin, platelets, stem cells and bone morphogenic proteins. The platelet treatment is placed during oral surgery procedures.
The platelet rich treatments do the following things:
- occupy space in tooth extraction sites and implant surgical sites to prevent gum tissue from growing into bone
- prevents infection
- bone growth factors promote rapid growth of high quality new bone tissue.
